Education and Training

The Clear and Simple methodology, a program teaching Professional Organizers how to create streamlined systems of organization in a client’s home, office, or garage, is the method chosen by Terina to become educated in.  By designing custom organizational systems to fit the individual needs of each client, she also teaches and transfers skills that are essential for a person’s personal and professional development.

When clients recognize that time management yields an enhanced quality of life, they re-evaluate the importance they place on an orderly environment.  Once they choose to prioritize living and working in an organized setting, she helps clients reduce the stress and anxiety that over commitment and clutter create.

In 2018 she became a Certified Professional Organizer, CPO®, with the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals, completed the required training and testing to become a Certified Organizer Coach, COC® with Coach Approach for Organizers, and became an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

From 2013-2019 Terina was a member of the Institute for the Challenging Disorganization(ICD). This offered her unparalleled educational opportunities as a professional organizer to learn about helping individuals challenged by chronic disorganization, ADHD, Hoarding Disorder along with 10 other related life categories and challenges. The term “challenging disorganization” describes disorganization that poses a problem for an individual. For many people challenging disorganization may be a lifelong problem. But for others, it may be a problem brought on by circumstances. The Institute for Challenging Disorganization provides strategies to help anyone who is challenged by disorganization.
